Applications for standard Reception entry must be submitted directly via the Rochdale Council online admissions portal prior to the national deadline on 15th January. Places are allocated in line with local authority oversubscription criteria, prioritising children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) naming the school, looked-after and previously looked-after children, siblings of current pupils, and distance from our school on Kiln Lane.

For in-year transfers across other year groups, applications are similarly coordinated through Rochdale Council. Prospective parents and carers are warmly encouraged to visit during our open sessions or contact our main office to arrange a tour and experience life at Crossgates firsthand- we would love to see you!
